1. Age Eligibility
    Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) is an examination conducted by the CISCE. It has been designed to provide an examination in a course of general education in accordance with the recommendations of the new education policy 1986(India) through the medium of English.

    Minimum age for LKG admission: The child should complete 4 years as on 1 June of the academic year.

    Minimum age for Grade 1 admission:The child should complete 6 years as on 1 June of the academic year.
2. Registration
    Application form is available on the school website – acschool.edu.in

    Application form fees: A non-refundable, non-transferable application / registration fees is to be paid during the online registration to be complete.

    A copy of birth certificate must be attached with the registration form.

    Please note that the filling up of registration form does not guarantee admission in any way.
3. Admission Process:
    The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test, which may be written / oral as laid down by the School for different levels.

    The selection of the candidates will purely depend upon the child's performance in the test / interview and availability of seats in the requested class.
4. Assessment Criteria:
    Assessment of the child for admission is based on the following factors:

    Academic readiness and motivation.

    Social/physical/intellectual/emotional development.
5. Test Result & Admission:
    Announcement of the result of the Test & the last date for the payment of fee will be specified at the time of the test.

    Based on the admission test and other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason.

    For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal / Management will be final.

    The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be informed by e-mail, SMS or displayed on the notice board.

    Students eligible for admission must complete the following formalities before joining, or the offer will stand cancelled and the seat will be allotted to the next student in the 'Waiting List'.

    Date of birth certificate to be Submitted, when required

    A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination / immunization etc. as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.

    Require to submit 6 Passport size Photographs.

    A family photo (with all the members of the family for student safety reasons).
6. Payment of Fee:
    The admission process will be complete only when the candidate has paid the required fees at the time of admission to confirm your seat.

    The entire school fees for the academic year can be paid in one go or in 7 installments, including the school transport, if availed.

    Username and password will be given to the parents when the school re-opens for the academic year.

    Monthly fees must be paid on or before 10th of every month, starting from June.
7. Withdrawal of admission:
    Misconduct, irregular attendance, other unethical behaviours etc. are sufficient reasons for the withdrawal of the admission of the student.

    Transfer Certificate is issued only during Office Hours. Written application must be submitted to the office, at least 3 days in advance. If the admission is withdrawn during the academic year, all the arrears, including the term fees of that term will have to be paid.
